The club runs a retail store in the Bellis Fair Mall, Space 424, 1 Bellis Fair Parkway, Bellingham, WA. This is the best gem and mineral store in Whatcom County! Club members who wish to sell their specimens, jewelry, lapidary work, etc., staff the store. A portion of the sales is used to cover the expenses of the store (rent, insurance, etc.). Some items, such as books on rockhounding, are sold by the club.
A room at the back of the store is filled with the club’s lapidary equipment for the benefit of the members. Details on how to use the lapidary room are at the Lapidary Arts page.
The store hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 12-6. The store is closed on Mondays except for certain pre-Christmas Mondays. Timely information can be found at our Facebook page.
