The Board of Directors approved a policy that using an artificial intelligence tool (an AI Notetaker) to record general meetings, meetings of the board of directors or other club events is not allowed. Should anyone attending a meeting or event launch an AI Notetaker, they are required to halt the recording and delete the recording.
